Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

What is your Reservation and Cancellation Policy?
Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Should we cancel a sail due to weather, your reservation will be transferred to another sail of your choosing, and as availability allows for both parties. If we cannot reschedule, we will issue a full refund.

Our Cancellation Policy for Shared Bookings:
• If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Our Cancellation Policy for Private Charters:
• If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled departure there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

We are committed to ensuring that you are safe on our excursions. We will cancel a booking due to heavy rain, lack of visibility, or winds in excess of 25 knots. In this case charter will be rescheduled at both parties convenience or your deposit will be refunded.

Afternoon scattered / isolated showers are normal in Anguilla and we will not cancel a booking unless The Captain deems it to be unsafe.

Tradition Sailing Charters reserves the right to alter our sail due to weather and sea conditions.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

We reserve the right to substitute sailing vessels when the need arises.
